"I wanted to write and express my thanks for all the hard work and dedication Chris, Jeremy, Mike, and Jason provided while my CBR was laid up, recently. You guys went to the mat to figure what was going wrong, work up a solution, and get it done. Further, I really appreciated the access you provided me to the shop while work was under way and the courtesy I was afforded by everyone in the store. "All of the staff members at Ride Motorsports that I dealt with were very courteous, efficient and diligent. I just stopped in for a repair estimate for my CBR, but since I hadn't replaced the battery in so long, I couldn't get it started again. The service manager got out the tools, removed the seat, and jumpstarted it for me. Then, a service tech noticed my headlights were out and they took the seat back off and replaced the fuse so I would be safe on the ride home (all free of charge). I feel that the service staff went out of their way to help me while also serving other customers. While waiting, I noticed that other customers were equally as pleased with the service they recieved. I would recommend Ride Motorsports to anyone who appreciates a higher level of service.
As a former Honda Performance Development employee, I can say Ride Motorsports provides customers with the kind experience that Honda would want them to have."

"Most helpful & courteous staff of any store I've visited. I've never had to "hunt" for a salesperson to help me at Ride. Having staff with actual MX experience is also a plus. A pleasure having a store like this in our neighborhood. Keep up the good work!"

"You guys do a great job in dealing with customers. You do this by talking to us with a friendly atitude, giving us great service and tips, and finding the right stuff for your customers. Also you have a great selection on everything like dirtbikes. Also I need to know if a CR a YZ 125 would be good for a 14 year old with 2 years of riding experience? "
